Q: How long will you have my case in your laboratory?

A: For a complete delivery schedule, please download our delivery schedule found here.

Q: Do you accept rush cases?

A: Of course. However, additional charges may apply to any rush case. Contact Slocomb Dental Lab to discuss your specific needs.

Q: Do you do pick-up and delivery for local dentists?

A: We do provide pick-up and delivery services for the dental offices on our regular route. If you are not on our regular route schedule, please contact us to schedule a pick-up or click here to download a UPS label.

Q: What implant systems do you regularly use?

A: We are comfortable using many implant systems, and our laboratory is a Zimmer Implant Preferred Laboratory. If you have any further questions regarding our implant services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Open account terms can be extended to dental offices with appropriate bank and credit references. Terms are net 30 days in accordance with the statement date. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% interest rate. And we now accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card payments.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: For all non-local and out-of-state dental offices, we use UPS as our courier of choice. We are happy to offer U.S.P.S. as a shipping option as well.
